The staff was friendly and amazing. The returns process was quick and easy. I liked how if you signed up for the rewards, I didn't have to sift through my third junk email box to find the receipt because they just pull it up with your rewards.

Just a few bullet points on why my 5 critters and I love Premier: - A team of knowledgeable, enthusiastic animal lovers with brand/nutrition training. - Premier cares about the community, and it shows through their partnerships with several rescues. - The owners are genuinely grateful for their clientele and do everything in their power to provide a positive, memorable experience. - Free Loyalty program = Access to frequent buyer programs and a point system that earns toward $5 off! And several rotating deals/discounts! - Self serve dog wash is a must for pets that need a little extra support to keep them from escaping the tub. Shampoo, brushes, ear cleaner, towels, etc are provided. Thank you, Premier, for all that you do!

This store is new and our community and I am more than excited about it. It is a premium pet store. Everyone in there is very knowledgeable about the products very helpful and very friendly. Well today I encounter Krista this lady was awesome trust me I'll be coming back to the store just because of her. Her personality is incredible just what we need in our community. The other pet store that I've been going to for over 20 years here in Brighton is now a a corporate owned store instead of independently owned. I told premiere pet store if my guy ever sold his store that I would come to your store. So here we are love it and this is my new pet store.

100% my go to! Awesome staff - so helpful and not afraid to work! Selection and prices are best around! I've used the dog bath rooms and they are excellent. They play great music in there too! Lol

I’ve shopped at this store multiple times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Both managers Krista and Anna go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. From recommending things like food, toys, and services like the nail trimming for my dog to helping me find exactly what I’m looking for when I’m trying to just get in and out.

Out of all the pet stire chains, premier is my favorite. Its not "mega" sized, but they have plenty of options and they carry green tripe for my fuzzy family. Staff here is always amazing, they also host a TON of adoption events amd have a vast array of services for all your furry families needs. My ONLY issue....I have to drive 45 minutes to get there! Wish they had one closer to me.

Wow! Carter is AMAZING! My hubby and I came in looking for something our incredibly picky senior cats after months of them turning their noses up at an abundance of options. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and an overall joy to interact with. As a former retail district manager, I’d have recruited him on the spot if I was still in the industry lol. We will be back, because of him. Thanks for all your help, Carter!

I am trying to get better food for my fur babies and this place came up in my search. I was greeted when I walked in, and when I was hunting in the wet cat food isle a young man was so very educated and helpful! At check out when they found I was new gave me 25% coupon, explained the rewards program, told me about returning items if needed AND explained if something does come back it's donated to the Human society! I will definitely go back. I wish I looked at the name tags so I could recognize the 2 that helped!

I have been coming to this store and the one in Northville for a couple of years. In each case, pricing and product availability has been excellent. I shopped this one in Brighton today to get food for our cats and a treat for our black cat who was born on Halloween in 2017. I was telling the staff the Halloween story, when one of the team members gave me a birthday hat for our birthday cat, Luna. I tried to get a pic of Luna wearing the hat, but she only wanted to chew the string. Shout out to Anna, Krista and Bethany for being so helpful and making my shopping experience so fun.
